I usually love my kangkong (water spinach) spicy with shrimp chilli paste but I've recently tasted a kangkong and sweet potato stir fry that was really delicious and really easy to make. Basically you heat the oil to a medium heat, throw in a pinch of minced garlic and let it brown. Following that, you put in a cup of either diced or thinly sliced sweet potatoes and season with some salt and pepper. Just as the sweet potato softens, add the kangkong and cook till it wilts. Serve with hot rice and enjoy!

adobong kangkong is my favorite.. sauté garlic and onion . pork . put enough water ,soy sauce and add kangkong leaves. boil. kapag malambot na po ung kangkong lagyan ng konting suka. at magic sarap.
fried kangkong is my family's favorite, yummy ang kangkong pag crunchy sya.. be sure to drain the excess oil lang after frying 🙂
