Ginger tea worked for me. And also try putting some ice chips/grated ice in your mouth.
With me some sour fruits as green mango or orange , pomelo and a comedy movie 🤗
I chew ginger candy..i avoid sour food/snacks because i got gastric & bloated..
one piece avocado in the morning to ease the morning sickness😊
sour plum or we call it amoi amoi..hahaha.. its helps me a lot
