Fiber rich foods po ang naka help sa akin. always gulay and fibrous fruits like pomelo and pineapple, then lots of fluid, saka shifted to red rice.. tapos exercise na mild lang.
Kain ka po lagi saging lakatan.. or ripe papaya minsan.. gnyan din po aq..
