wala pong nirereseta lalo na sa first 3 months. drink warm water with 7 calamansi. I use Kamillosan (pang spray sya sa throat) also natural naman sya, pricey but effective. My tummy is turning 3 months na and may ubo ako now but nawawala na using that method.
