In my case mamsh talagang pahinga. Trying to conceive kami for 9 mos. Regular check up both normal. We were advised to take vits. Mine po quatrofol and immunpro kay hubby pharmaton then rogin-e. I’ve decided to resign from work and then pahinga ako ng 2 weeks sakto yung paging ko sa fertile window we only did it once basta dapat sabay kayo mag finish 🙈. Iba talaga ang paginga mamsh. 2 weeks lang ako nag pahinga tgeb binigay na ni Lord. You just have to take a short break from work and pray lang kay Lord. If regular period po kayo, itrack nyo po para mamonitor ang mga fertile days nyo at doon kayo magsipag ng pagtatalik. Very important rin po that both you and your partner are healthy at huwag masyado stressed. Start taking folic acid na rin po. If after 6 months of trying without success, magpacheckup na po kayo pareho ng partner nyo para malaman at ma-advise nang tama kung sakaling may iba pang underlying issues.
Mi eat healthy food,Diet ng bonga, paalaga ka Kay ob bibigyan ka ng supplements like vit C,D,E, Folic Acid, Pinag glutha pa ako ni ob hehe. like ng sabi nila makipag do Kay hubby ng 10tgh day to 15th day from 1st period bibilang kapo. good luck mi ❤️
Hello po. Sa akin po, inadvice ako magtake ng folic acid and glutathione po, wag daw babangon agad, ang kung kaya itulog ko po without washing and urinating after. God bless po. Praying na ipagkaloob na po ni Lord sa inyo ang dinidesire nyo. 🙏🏼
