Honestly, the best family planning method is whatever you and hubby agree on and feel comfortable with, a few of us prefer the pill kasi convenient, pero iba naman ang friends ko swear by IUD dahil walang hassle for years, and some rely on natural family planning din. Since you're just one month postpartum, I'd suggest talking to your OB about what's best for your situation, especially if you're breastfeeding, kasi may methods na mas compatible with that. Take your time deciding, walang rush, postpartum brain is real, haha, so maybe revisit the conversation with your doctor after a few months when you're ready. What matters most is na you and your partner are on the same page!
