4. Eat dishes na may soup like sinabawang tahong and halaan. Add malunggay para mas effective.
5. Eat oatmeals and lactation cookies
6. Drink 3-4 liters of water a day
7. Drink buko juice.
8. Have a regular pumping schedule.
9. Power pump at least once a day
10. Get a massage to relax your body and stay away from stress as much as possible.
11. Last resort kapag lahat yan di pa rin nagwork is to visit a lactation consultant.
