FACE SUNCREEN FOR PREGNANT

Ooh good question, mama! Most dermatologists say physical/mineral sunscreens with zinc oxide or titanium dioxide are the safest bet during pregnancy kasi hindi sila absorbed ng skin, a few of us pregnant mums just stick with those to be extra sure. Chemical sunscreens are generally considered okay too, pero if you want to be cautious, go mineral na lang! Just check with your OB to be sure, especially if you have sensitive skin or specific concerns, pero personally I've been using mineral sunscreen throughout both pregnancies and walang problema.
