MAT-1 is for your maternity notification. Para manotify niyo po si SSS na you're currently pregnant while MAT-2 is Maternity Reimbursement. Ito naman yung pagkeclaim mo ng maternity benefit sa SSS, may katumbas na amount yung contri mo base sa mga hulog mo.
