Ay, injectible talaga ang pinili ko after my second baby kasi super convenient, every three months lang ang injection, no daily pills to remember hehe, at sobrang effective din! Pero totoo din na may side effects like spotting or irregular periods sa iba (one of my mum friends had breakthrough bleeding), at may slight weight gain na napansin ko mismo, plus kailangan mo ng regular clinic visits para sa shots. Honestly, best talaga na malipatan mo muna ito sa OB mo para ma-assess kung swak sa'yo talaga, especially kung may existing health concerns ka, kasi bawat mama ay different!
