Hindi ako sure ng exact differences between those two, mama, pero from what I know, the Tummycare version is specifically formulated para sa babies with sensitive tummies or digestive issues, one of my mum friends switched to it kasi ang baby niya ay prone sa colic at gas. The regular Infant formula is the standard one for healthy babies na walang particular stomach concerns. Best to check the labels or ask your pediatrician which one is better for your baby, kasi every baby is different!
