Ano po magandang way sa pag gamit ng evening primrose take or insert? 3cm na ako nung isang gabi pa. Walang improvement. Gusto ko ng makaraos. I’m 38weeks today. 2days na ako nag iinsert 1capsule 3x a day #advicepls kaso natatapon lang minsan sa panty liner kahit naka higa ako ng 1hr.

Hey mama, honestly the insertion method can be messy talaga, a few of us tried it and same experience, nakakafrustrate! Some moms I know swear by taking it orally instead (the capsule swallowed), which is way less hassle, pero mas matagal mag-work compared sa insertion. Since you're already 38 weeks and 3cm, I'd really suggest checking in with your OB about what's safest and most effective for you specifically, they might have better options or timing suggestions based on how your cervix is responding. Fingers crossed for you, mama!
