Hello po, at what weeks po kayo nag start mag take and insert ng evening primrose? Sa akin po kasi 36 weeks na ako at pina 3x a day sa akin ang evening primrose ng midwife #1stimemom

Hey mama! Congrats on being 36 weeks na, napakalapit na! Ang evening primrose ay commonly recommended starting around 36-38 weeks by midwives dito, kaya okay lang yung timing mo, at 3x a day is pretty standard from what a few of us tried din. Just make sure you're comfortable with what your midwife prescribed, pero if you have doubts or gusto mo ng second opinion, it's always okay to ask your OB din since bawat pregnancy ay different.
