Try eating pineapples and walking everyday. But it would be best if you consult your OB. When I was pregnant, I was due Good Friday. But since most doctors are away during holy week, my OB asked me to take Primrose Oil capsule. Luckily, I gave birth before Good Friday😊

nainom na po ako ng eveprim 3x aday po sken pinapainom pero wala pa din po epek sken pang 2days ko na po na nainom.. 😢

talaga po,wla naman kasi din nangyayari sken nasakit lang likod ko malapit na due date ko pero wla din..ayoko po macs..hirap po ng ganun.n

Lakad lang po at magipon ng energy mommy, basta kahit ano mangyari laban lang. Praying for a safe delivery.

Malapit na yan mamsh.. walking ka pa more and hydrate para madami ka lakas. Have a safe delivery

eat pineapple or drink pineapple juice. Tapos mag squat ka, nipple stimulation, lakad ng lakad.

Walk pa more mommy. Pero consult your OB baka need m na magpa induce or emergency cs..
