Honestly, bleeding or blood when you poop during pregnancy is something you really need to check with your OB about ASAP, kasi maraming possible reasons, could be hemorrhoids (super common sa pregnancy), could be constipation, or something else na kailangan i-monitor ng doctor, lalo na at pregnant ka. Hindi sya normal "pregnancy symptom" na dapat i-ignore lang. Make an appointment na, ok? The sooner your doc checks, the sooner makaka-feel ka ng relief.
