Honestly, kalau by 3 years old speech dia masih slow atau susah nak sebut words yang lebih panjang, worth it la jadi check dengan paediatrician atau speech therapist, better safe than sorry, kan. A few of my mum friends had similar concerns and after early intervention, their kids caught up really well, so jangan tunggu lagi. Speech development varies so much, tapi if you're worried, that worry itself is telling you something, so trust your gut and book that appointment, sayang.
