Maternity benefit sss and Philhealth

Ang EDD ko po ay March 21, nabayaran ko naman po yunh contribution ko from January to May 2022 tapos hindi ko nabayad yung June then continue po ako ng July hanggang December 2022pero yung for January and Feb 2023 po di ko na binayaran kasi wala na po ako work nd short n sa budget. makakakuha po kaya ako ng Maternity Benefits? same with philhealth though nakompleto ko pong bayaran si philhealth from Jan to December 2022 pero yung January and Feb hindi pa po? Magkakaproblema po kaya ako? Slamat po

for your sss since march 2023 edd mo, basta may atleast 3months kang hulog from october 2021 to september 2022, qualified yun. for your philhealth, need na may bayad yung kahit hanggang what month at year ka manganganak which is until march 2023, kung di mo pa kaya bayaran until dec 2023.

you should pay until the month you give birth.
