Aiyo don't worry lah, 8 months is still early and mood swings around food memang normal sangat, a few of my mum friends had babies yang sama je, tak nak bubur tapi okay dengan nasi lembik! Try offering the soft rice and lauk at consistent times so dia ingat it's mealtime, and jangan terburu-buru; sometimes babies just need time to warm up to textures. Kalau dia terus tak interested or you notice something off with his weight or energy, best to check with the doctor just to make sure everything okay je, but likely phase je ni!
