Normal je, mama! At 4 months, baby poop boleh jadi oily and greenish especially kalau full breastfed, it's just how their digestive system is processing the breastmilk. A few of my mum friends pun experienced the same thing, and their paediatrician said it's fine as long as baby gaining weight well and seems comfortable. If you're worried or if the consistency or smell changes drastically, boleh je check with your doctor, tapi honestly most likely nothing to stress about, breastfed baby poop is unpredictable like that!
