Ahhh mama, don't worry lah, 16 months is still within normal range, some babies just take their time one! A few of us mums had the same worry, and mostly it's just because every baby develops at their own pace. Best thing is to check with your paediatrician just to be sure everything is on track, but in the meantime encourage lots of crawling, cruising along furniture, and maybe let her explore a safe space to practice balancing, sometimes they just need a bit more confidence and time before they decide to walk lah!
