Lower back ache

Any alternatives to help relief back ache? Is ointment patches safe? I’m at week 6. #advicepls #firstbaby

i experienced back aches too. my husband bought me a maternity pillow (u-shaped) from mothercare and it helps. sometimes he will help me to rub my back lightly so that i will feel better.
