Were you having cravings? If craving is ok but not everyday. It’s unhealthy :) you can have a small bowl just to satisfy your cravings ;) if can avoid as much hehe. Take more fruits , fish , meat, soups , drink alot of water etc and rest more . First trimester can be tiring .

If its sometimes, I think it's OK. But try to minimize as much as possible please. Instant noodles are already bad for adults needless to say for unborn baby in the stomach.
