It's already rainy season. What do you do for indoor fun with your kiddies? :)

Every summer, I enroll my kids to classes that could hone their skills like music and art lessons. I make sure that they will not forget what they learned from these classes so during rainy seasons, my wife and I bond with them by having drawing and jamming sessions. Having videoke for merienda and dance nights after dinner are also what my kids love to do.

I converted their play yard into to an extra large play area by using the sides of the play yard as a fence to a a queen size mattress where they can play all they want and put all the toys inside. An indoor basketball board is also placed on the side of the play area. It is much safer as I don't have to worry that they might fall or stumble.

Arts and crafts! I let my kid play with cheerios and make cheerios bracelets and necklaces which she usually gives to me and hubby. She also enjoys drawing (meaning doodling on the wall). Nonetheless, she's an artist in the making. :)

Board games! Board games are always fun to play, especially when it's raining and you can't go outside. It's a great bonding experience, and it teaches your kids how to play fair. :)
