Ganiyan talaga sis, epekto ng morning sickness. Try to eat little. :-) tapos eat ka more on fruits like banana, apple wag muna oranges kasi nakaka-acid magca-cause lalo ng pagsusuka. Tapos mag biscuits ka like skyflakes, fita or yung quaker oats biscuits. You can also try yung quaker oats (plain, yung blue) sa morning/evening haluan mo ng fruits. :-) ito yung naka help sa'kin noon advised by my OB.
