If everytime after you drink something sugary, you get better, it could be low sugar levels in your blood. And you mentioned when you queue for food so I’m presuming it’s usually before meals and that’s when our sugar levels are the lowest. Definitely talk to your gynae about it. But you also try to have a snack in between meals that will help regulate your sugar levels and not let it drop too low before meals/when you’re queuing for food
Have you checked with your gynae? You should talk to your gynae. You probably have low iron levels or low blood sugar
