Anyone also feeling v hot at night?

My aircon is now 21 degrees and I also changed to thinner blanket but still feeling v hot and difficult to sleep.. sometimes wake up sweating🥲 any suggestions on making it more comfortable or cooler? #advicepls #FTM

Sameee ive been quite heaty at night past few days even when the weather is windy. I just on aircon and not use blanket

Which trimester are you in? Wonder if this will last for the whole pregnancy 😂 I cannot sleep without my blanket 🥲 so at least now using a thinner one!
