After a week of normal delivery, i had my first post natal massage. I had stitches. Is it normal to feel discomfort after the massage? My vagina hurts so bad after the massage. Before that it was ok…the pain quite bearable. But after the massage and after the wear of binder wrap, the pain shoot up and i have difficulty walking and sitting normally
