After Tested positive for pregnancy, do i go to the GP for confirmation before finding a gynaecologist in the hospital ?
Congrats! If u wanna be a private patient then u can make appt with hosp of ur choice. Else going thru polyclinic wil direct u to subsidized patient rates. The difference is under subsidized, u wil see different gynae at each visit.

If you want to save $, I will recommend you to go polytechnic to get referrals and go KKH first ! That is what i did :)
no you don’t have to. confirmation at gp is via blood test but not a must, personal preference.
I went straight to my gynae. They asked me to do the first-time ultrasound at 6 weeks. Congrats!
