Really depends on individuals. May take some time for some. Keep trying but if it take too long then it's best to see a specialist. Maybe there's some hidden health issues you might not know of like cyst, fibroid, etc. I didn't even use any birth plan method and it still took me 2 yrs to get pregnant again after 9 yrs. Be patient and keep trying!
If it's been a while, better go check at polyclinic and they will refer u to kkh to do thorough check. I went to the specialist and found out im having PCOS and tats y all the difficulties even how hard I tried..There are some women who suffers from blocked tubes / endotriometris (I dunno if its spelt correctly) .. all the best
Think this one is depending on each individual. Be patient and keep trying! If it has been a while and it’s getting you two worried, maybe can see a doctor about it?
Itll take a few days/months for your body to regulate without the birth implant. Do consult your OB for further clarificartions. 12.03.21
