I never wear bra to sleep during and after pregnancy 😅, too uncomfortable. If you want to wear I guess try to find a comfortable soft one.

I wear busting bra with breastmilk pad. Sometimes, milk leaked while engorgement occurred. Actually, it is up to you. :)
