yung diet ko based sa binigay ng Endo ko at dietitian... GDM ako since 2nd trimester.. Yun diet ko 3complete meals example bfast with 1/2cup brown rice + handful meat/fish + 1/2cup vegetables+ 1small fruit.. morning snack: 1 glass anmum only( wala kahit biscuits/bread) .. lunch same amount sa bfast... pm snack 1glass anmum ulit.. dinner: 1/2 brown rice 2 cubed meat + 3tbsp veges + small fruit.. snack before bedtime : nuts pero nagutom ako sa 1/2 cup of rice kaya ginawa ni Endo pina 1cup niya each meal.. so far normal naman bloodsugar ko hanggang manganak.. if hindi kasi bumababa bloodsugar kahit nagdadiet na pinapainsulin na.. mas ok siguro mi kung paconsult ka din sa endo.. pero as advised by OB mo sana.
hello, sa case ko po i was referred to a dietician. milk ko ginawang anmum maternal lite. no white rice. di rin ok brown rice sa case ko, but dietician suggested red rice pero di ko na triny. small meals with 3 snacks ginawa sakin at least 2 hrs gap in between. iwas sa white bread, breadings, pancit/noodles, oily food. more on leafy veggies, lean proteins (pag egg, wala yung yolk). tiis lng mommy at makakayanan nyu rin.
gdm preggy here..bawal po sakin mga maternity milk...depende po kasi sa blood sugar monitoring nio po..diabetasol ung gamit ko milk ngaun kasi intake ko...pwede din ung non fat fresh milk..depende din po kasi..wala po fit to all diet.ask ur endo doctor nio po..
More gulay po and meat para di agad magutim.. As much as possible iwas sa mga pampalasa and seasonings.
