symphysis pubic dysfunction

After a normal day out alone I walk abit here and there. I'm 30 weeks pregnant first time. When I went back home the sudden excruciating pain on my vagina & back suddenly occurs! I can barely even walk 2-3 steps to any part of the house, I can't sit, I can't lay down , it damn painful when I moved! Should I call my gynae asap?
