After i officially divorced, i got the care & control but my ex husband wants Share custody. Flexible schedule , we agreed on Weekdays me & Weekends him. After few months, he stopped taking my son on weekends & will MIA when i ask him to. He will ignore my text & calls and even argued back sometimes about how he’s busy enough not being able to but i caught up from his friends and relative that mostly the time he couldn’t make it is normally spent on him staying home playing his games or going out/staycation with his new girlfriend. He didn’t even fork out for our child’s school fees too , it accumulated up to $5k even though he’s the one whom chooses private sector for our child but only to dismiss paying with stating reason as “you’re not sending him regularly so why should i pay?” its a full time day care BUT IM A FULL TIME MOTHER free from working so might as well he stay home with me plus no he’s not in kindergarten whereby it’s more important for him. i just got out of surgery 3 weeks ago and he couldn’t even help me for a few days to take care of my child during and after surgery. He starts to give me $200 for Diapers and Milk but please $200???????????? i don’t know what to do. I’m worried that if i were to open case, he would say that i didn’t even bother to send my child to school or if the court sees that i’m not working etc. Hmm, what should i do? :/ but good news, i’ve settled my son school fees and i finally have a rental unit! I also applied for my child a government child care near my residential! What should i do in my next move? Should i wait or just open a case?
