Honestly, from what I have heard from other mums who went through C-sections, some discomfort and achiness in that lower abdomen area around the one-month mark is quite common, the womb and surrounding tissue are still healing internally even though things look fine on the outside, and some mums said theirs felt tender to the touch well past six weeks. The pulling or stretching sensation when you move or press on it is something a few of them mentioned too, especially since there are multiple layers of tissue that were cut and stitched up. That said, it is worth weighing up whether what you are feeling is the usual healing discomfort versus something that seems to be getting worse or not improving at all, those are two different things and the second one warrants a closer look. Since everyone's recovery timeline is a little different, it is really best to bring it up with your OB at your next visit so she can check whether the healing is on track or if there is anything else going on underneath.
