Hmm it rlly depends on your body. I use the binder frm hospital and did post natal massage w traditional binder (bengkung). After 2 months, I started 11” waist trainers long enough to cover over the csec scar. From then I just started to size down. I lost most of the pouch in 2 years. No special diet. You need to learn to love your new body. I was a size S and went straight to L. Quite depressing at first but in the end I love my new curves more than my previous S size body.

i still looked 6 mths preggy straight after op. i used a binder to help hold everything together. after about 6 mths, i started using girdles or those tummy shaping underwear. i dont really exercise/workout so never got back my pre-pregnancy shape.
