Oats
Milo
Salmon
Green papaya fish soup
Steam Threadfin fish
Durian
Edaname
Drinks lots of water and don't stress yourself. Power pump and pump regularly helps too.

Drink more fluids (3L/ day), eat well, rest as much as you can, latch on demand and pump in between. Do power pumping too. Even at 9 months pp my supply still goes up and down depending on all these factors.
