Baka trapped gas lang. Try eating in small portions every 2 hours and pakiramdaman mo kung anong mga food (e.g. oily or sour foods) ang nakakatrigger sayo ng ganyang feeling and avoid it if possible para comfortable ka. If problem persist, consult your OB. ^
