Will definitely help with uterus recovery. If you’re not keen on getting post-natal is also fine cause you can do self-confinement like proper dieting and wear a binder or corset to flatten back your now-stretched tummy. Otherwise you’ll be left with a belly apron and not only plus-size women can get it.
After we give birth, our body has gone through major changes with or without c-sect so it is important that you focus on recovery as it can take up to months for some people.
You should definitely give it a try post-natal. And if you feel like it doesn’t benefit you in any way, perhaps next pregnancy you can make do without it and see the difference. 😉
