Hi all, can advise me when should I start looking and confirming for babysitter? Currently at early second trim:)

Hi! Its never too early to start looking and booking. Some moms i knew already book in first trim! For agency, they will offer early bird discount if you book earlier. For freelancer, most times the good ones are already booked & you might have limited choices by then.
