Weaning off

Any advise on how to wean off my fully breastfed baby? She's already 1 and I decided to wean her off breastmilk. She does eat solids as per normal but is very dependent on night feeds still, and she doesnt want formula or bottle. Please share some advise if anyone have gone through something similar. tia!
