hi, is it advisable to give my 6 months plus baby some cheese for BLW? if okay, what kind of cheese?

Im pretty cautious with diary stuff, so i would not give baby at 6 months old. Do remember to moniter for a few days after giving baby. Just a gentle reminder.

Mild flavoured cheese would be good. Baby bel round cheese is a good brand to start with.Available in NTUC

Cottage cheese or cheddar (mild)
