In moderation. FYI chocolate contains a small amount of caffeine, plus it is fattening, so don't overeat.
I would eat in small amounts, since it's quite sweet and high in calories. Maybe enjoy it once in awhile

A bite will not hurt. Just watch out your sugar intake cos pregnant are prone to GD
