empty your bladder po, then hold and tighten your pelvic muscle( prang ngpipigil po kyo ng ihi) for atleast 5seconds then rest, do it repeatedly for 10x atleast 3x in any time of the day..it can improve urinary incontinence po.
It’s like stoping your urine from flowing, you should feel your muscles on your pelvic floor move inward and be able to hold it for at least 10secs
I try to do kegels kapag nakaupo ako. parang hinihinto mo pag wiwi. I hold for ten seconds. then release. three times
