Aww mama, I understand ang worry mo, that's such a scary diagnosis to get when baby is newborn pa lang. I haven't personally had this with my babies, pero I have a mum friend whose baby also had hydronephrosis and after regular monitoring with their pediatric urologist, it actually resolved on its own by age 2, kaya hindi na kailangan ng surgery. But honestly, every baby is different, and grade II can vary, kailangan mo talaga makipag-follow-up closely sa doctor mo para malaman ang exact plan for your little one, whether monitoring lang or if intervention is needed.
