Ay, placenta grading can be tricky to understand kaya good na you're asking! Grade 3 placenta at 36 weeks is actually something you should discuss with your OB directly kasi it depends on a lot of factors, like kung healthy ang baby, kung normal ang amniotic fluid, at ang overall pregnancy picture niya. A few of us moms in my circle were worried din about similar findings, pero ang OB namin explained na sometimes it's just normal aging ng placenta, pero sometimes kailangan lang ma-monitor closely o ma-deliver earlier depending sa situation. Don't stress too much yet, pero definitely bring this up sa next check-up ninyo at mag-follow up on what your doctor recommends!
