I experienced sharp pain on the lower right abdomen at 15 weeks onwards too. The pain lasted 5-10 min and went off, was worried at first. The following week was my gynae visit, gynae said that it is normal as the foetus is growing and managed to hear the baby heartbeat. If want assurance, suggest to consult gynae.
