14weeks feeling bloated all the time

#advicepls Currently at 14weeks. Lost 4.3KG so far. No appetite in the morning and night (dinner) only managed to grab some food during lunch. No snacks in between the day. This is my second child. Felt that i felt better with my first born.. hope to regain my appetite real soon! 💔🤥

💪🏻💪🏻 mama. Have some light soups or soft porridge/congee. Eat small n frequent meals so won’t get bloated compared to 1 full meal. Can try sour plums or fruits/ any foods to increase appetite? ♥️♥️ u can do it !
