Maybe try drinking something cold or sweet and lie on the side? Any little movements also count as a movement though, not only kicks. There were also days where my baby was quieter and I thought I felt him kick less than usual. His quieter days would last up to 2-3 days at a stretch. Also i realized that this was during the time I felt especially stressed out at work, so not sure if it was because he could “feel” my stress. Once I relaxed, i felt that baby got alot more active. But then again, you know your own baby best. It’s always best to seek gynae’s advice if you are unsure!
