Aih, I feel you lah, that cramping feeling memang boleh bikin gelabah! So from what I know, a few of us dalam the mum group punya experience macam ni, sometimes period boleh delay sebab stress, hormonal changes, or just irregular cycles. The thing is, kalau you're only 13 days late and UPT still negative, kemungkinan besar ada delay je, bukan pregnancy yet. For accuracy, most UPT can detect dari around 12-14 days after ovulation (so roughly when your period should come), but some mums swear they got clearer results bila tunggu sampai 2-3 weeks late baru test. Cramping boleh jadi dari banyak benda, stress, cyst, atau period coming soon pa. Best la you tunggu another few days, then test lagi if period tak datang. If it's still negative after 2-3 weeks, or kalau the cramps getting worse, better go see your doctor or gynae, they can check properly and put your mind at ease, sure!
