Aduh, ini memang common side effect depo yang annoying! Depo tu boleh buat period jadi irregular macam tu, some of us get spotting for weeks lepas habis injection atau lepas stop. Since baru seminggu je you stop, body still needs time to regulate balik, boleh ambil 2-3 bulan or more untuk hormone settle, biasanya eventually balik normal lah tapi patience kena banyak sikit. Kalau dah 3 bulan lagi still macam ni, better check balik dengan doctor sebab ada juga yang need hormonal help to reset the cycle, or maybe they can suggest something else yang suits you better. In the meantime minum plenty of water, makan iron-rich foods untuk recover dari spotting tu, and try not to stress about it (I know easier said than done!).
